Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly of furniture items such as chairs, tables, and similar products according to specifications and design
- Ensure all assembled products meet company quality standards before endorsement for delivery
- Conduct final finishing tasks including cleaning, polishing, and minor adjustments
- Inspect materials and components prior to assembly to ensure completeness and quality
- Use appropriate tools and equipment safely and efficiently during assembly
- Report any defects, damages, or inconsistencies to the Production Supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
- Comply with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Assist in other production-related tasks as assigned
