Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist's primary function is to support the night shift department by processing requests and concerns under the Digital Marketing Partner service. In this role, the specialist handles requests from Sales when support is needed for Facebook Ads, social media access, account setups, campaign reviews, revisions, and other digital marketing-related concerns. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or related field
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or campaign coordination is a plus
• Familiar with Facebook/Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, social media pages, business accounts, and basic campaign setup requirements
• Skilled in online research, competitor checking, campaign checking, audience research, and basic performance review
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple requests during the night shift
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and accountability
• Open to learning new digital marketing tools, advertising policies, platform updates, and service workflow

• Handle Digital Marketing Partner service requests assigned to the Night Shift Department
• Receive and process requests from Sales related to Facebook Ads, social media access, setups, reviews, revisions, and campaigns
• Review request details and check if access, links, materials, instructions, and campaign requirements are complete
• Identify the type of support needed, such as social media access, ad account access, campaign setup, review, revision, reporting, or lead generation support
• Coordinate with the proper internal teams for the content, graphics, SEO, web, ads, or other service-related needs
• Support Social Media Management tasks such as page access checking, content coordination, caption checking, post review, and scheduling support
• Support Ads Management tasks such as Facebook/Meta Ads setup checking, campaign review, ad copy checking, creative checking, targeting review, and budget checking
• Check campaign details such as ad materials, landing page links, lead forms, audience settings, and campaign structure
• Monitor and process campaign concerns such as low leads, ad disapproval, missing access, wrong setup, budget issues, or revision requests
• Track request status, pending items, blockers, completed actions, and needed follow-ups
• Provide clear updates to Sales regarding progress, completed requests, missing requirements, or items needing further review
• Prepare simple campaign updates, request summaries, and performance-related notes when needed
• Maintain organized documentation of DMP requests, access concerns, campaign details, revisions, approvals, communication records
• Use AI tools to support content review, ad copy checking, campaign suggestions, reporting, and workflow improvement
• Stay updated on Facebook Ads policies, social media access processes, platform changes, and lead generation practices
• Escalate urgent, unclear, technical, policy-related, or high-impact concerns to the proper lead or supervisor
• Ensure requests are handled accurately, professionally, and within the expected turnaround time

• Full-time Employment
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 PM – 7 AM (Night Shift)
• Fixed weekends off
