Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in Google Ads

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in Google Ads and online marketing. The role focuses on driving online traffic, improving website sales, and managing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must already be proficient in these skills, as no training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, etc.) Optimize campaigns to increase traffic, conversions, and overall sales Perform keyword research and competitor analysis Monitor and analyze campaign performance; prepare performance reports Manage SEO initiatives and website optimization Execute social media marketing (Facebook/Instagram ads and organic strategies) Develop online marketing strategies to promote products/services and boost website performance Use tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking Maintain and update website content as needed Align marketing activities with internal team goals Qualifications: Proven experience in Google Ads and digital marketing Strong understanding of PPC management and optimization Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Manager, and similar tools Knowledge of SEO and website optimization best practices Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Must be willing to work onsite (remote setup is not allowed) Open to both full-time or part-time arrangements
