HR Coordinator

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Maintain employee records and handle onboarding processes for new hires
- Support employee relations initiatives and assist with resolving workplace issues
- Administer compensation and benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries
- Conduct training sessions and assist in leadership development programs
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in HR or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications and HR software
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
