Description - Manage and oversee the collection of outstanding debts from clients.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain good client relationships.
- Prepare reports on collection activities and account status.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in collections or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using collection software and Microsoft Office.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts efficiently.
