Job Requirements
- College graduate of any course; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in file management, records maintenance, and document organization.
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Excellent Customer Service
- Respond inquiries of member-owner/non-member face to face or via landline/mobile phone and/or coordinates the inquiries of member-owner/non- member and the staff concerned.
- Knowledgeable about coop services and benefits (loans, insurance) new updates and announcement.
- Field and In House Recruitment Generate new membership
- Process membership application of new members (field, walk in/in house and online membership application)
- Update of branch daily membership recruitment and encode it to system.
- Assist new member-owner for of SMES and COS seminar schedule both online and face to face.
- Ensure all documents filled out by members are process and forwarded to designated department.
