Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Bilingual in Spanish and English, excellent communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, empathetic attitude, and a customer-centric approach.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
