About the role
DigiHyre is hiring a Inside Sales Specialist for a US-based wedding photography and videography studio. You'll be the person couples talk to while planning one of the biggest days of their lives — running consultations, recommending the right photo and video packages, and closing bookings. This is warm, consultative selling, not a hard-sell dialer seat. If you have a strong US-account background, a friendly phone presence, and you enjoy helping people say yes, this is a great fit.
What you'll do
- Run scheduled phone and Zoom consultations with US clients to understand their vision and budget
- Recommend the right photo/video packages and clearly explain pricing, timelines, add-ons, and next steps
- Own your pipeline: fast text and email follow-ups, clean CRM notes, and steady progress toward monthly booking targets
- Manage the CRM day to day — automations, templates, workflows, and reporting
- Keep up with trends in photography, weddings, and hospitality so your recommendations stay fresh
- Coordinate with the production and marketing teams for a smooth hand-off once a client books
- Help hire and train additional consultants as the team grows
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years in sales, appointment setting/closing, customer success, or a US-account BPO role
- Clear, neutral English and a warm, confident phone presence — you'll be on live US client calls daily (our #1 filter)
- Fast, polished written English for follow-ups and messaging
- Comfortable and natural on camera for video consultations
- Experience with GoHighLevel (HighLevel) strongly preferred; other CRM experience considered
- Comfortable with Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM/texting tools
- Prior experience in photography/video, events, hospitality, real estate ISA, or high-ticket US sales is a strong plus
- Reliable setup: stable fiber internet (backup connection ideal), quiet workspace, good headset and webcam
Shift & work arrangement
- 100% remote, work from home
- Graveyard shift: approx. 2:00 AM – 11:00 AM PHT (shifts to ~3:00 AM – 12:00 PM PHT during US winter), aligned with US Central business hours. Standard for US accounts — please confirm you can commit long-term.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekend flexibility during peak wedding season)
