Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
