Lycopodium Philippines is currently recruiting for an Administrative Business Partner (1 Year Contract) to join our team in Manila, Philippines.
Reporting to the Admin Team, the Administrative Business Partner will provide support in the general administration and upkeeping of the Office and facilities.
The role extends to managing contractors, vendors, and other professionals to ensure safe and seamless operations in the office.
Objectives
- Administration of Office and Vendor Contracts.
- Management of vendors and third-party contractors to ensure a safe working environment for all onsite staff.
- Coordination and communication of various general administrative activities encompassing international mobility, travel, office activities, office maintenance and general troubleshooting.
The tasks you’ll perform
- Maintaining and strict monitoring of Office and Vendor contracts including expirations and schedule of renewals, and compliance with permits and licensing
- Coordination and management of general office upkeeping including maintenance of air conditioning system, troubleshooting, general cleaning, pest control, plumbing and office expansion
- Ensure compliance to DOLE for Office Health and Safety Regulations for the Manila Office
- Management of building administration requirements for ingress/egress of office contractors, delivery coordination and office furniture
- Oversee Office Health and Safety including but not limited to: Organizing Emergency Preparedness Trainings, First Aid Trainings, etc.
The expertise you’ll bring
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years' experience handling Administration, Housekeeping, Organization and Maintenance, and Health & Safety in a service-oriented & multi-national corporation
- Candidate with BOSH/OSH Certification is preferred
- Knowledgeable with the seat plan and arrangement with proper coordination to IT, ADBP and HR
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision whilst consistently demonstrating integrity, credibility and commitment
