Messenger

A Messenger is responsible for delivering and picking up various items, documents, and parcels within a specified area. The role typically involves navigating around the city or region efficiently, ensuring that packages reach their destinations in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and deliver documents, packages, and messages to various locations as directed.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain records of items delivered and received, including any necessary receipts or signatures.
• Communicate with the office or dispatch team to receive delivery instructions and report any issues.
• Follow traffic and safety regulations while ensuring timely delivery.
• Handle items carefully to prevent damage during transport.
• Assist with sorting and organizing items for delivery if necessary.
• Handle any special delivery requests or urgent orders promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and recipients.
