REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

Open to Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in gaming operations, business development, or a related role within the Philippine gaming industry. Having experience in game or product scouting, vendor/provider relationship management, and sponsorship or event coordination. Having a strong knowledge of the local gaming market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

Scout and identify trending online games, game developers, and gaming platforms in the Chinese market and other international regions. Conduct competitor analysis by monitoring newly launched games, game features, promotional campaigns, monetization strategies, and player engagement activities. Research gaming industry trends, player preferences, and emerging technologies to provide market insights for business growth. Prepare market intelligence reports and present recommendations to product, operations, and management teams. Communicate with Mandarin-speaking game providers, partners, and vendors regarding game sourcing, updates, and business requirements. Evaluate potential game titles based on gameplay quality, profitability, localization requirements, and user demand.
