- Fitness Training: Provide personalized or group fitness instruction, demonstrating exercises and guiding clients through workout routines to achieve their fitness goals.
- Health & Safety Oversight: Ensure a safe and effective workout environment by monitoring proper exercise techniques and advising on injury prevention.
- Motivation & Progress Tracking: Encourage clients to stay motivated, track their progress, and adjust workout plans as needed to maximize results.
- Fitness Certification: Valid certification in personal training or group fitness, such as ACE, NASM, or equivalent, along with a strong understanding of exercise science.
- Physical Fitness & Stamina: Ability to demonstrate exercises effectively and maintain personal physical fitness to lead classes or one-on-one sessions.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication abilities to motivate clients, provide feedback, and tailor training programs to individual needs.
