Now, we're looking for a Creatives Intern. The Creative Intern – Passenger Marketing will support the development of creative materials that promote Angkas services, campaigns, and initiatives to current and potential passengers. The role will assist the creative team in producing visual and communication assets that strengthen passenger engagement, support user acquisition and retention efforts, and help drive ride bookings that contribute to overall GMV growth.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist in creating visual assets for passenger-facing campaigns, promotions, and announcements across digital and offline channels.
• Support the adaptation and resizing of creative assets for various platforms including social media, in-app communications, performance marketing, and CRM channels.
• Help develop graphics and layouts for marketing campaigns, presentations, and passenger engagement initiatives.
• Assist in organizing and preparing creative files for production and deployment across different touchpoints.
• Support the creative team in maintaining brand consistency across all passenger-facing materials.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Achieve or exceed targets and key objectives assigned by your Immediate Superior.
• Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

Requirements

• Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or any related field.
• No professional experience required; internship, academic projects, freelance works, or portfolio work in creative design is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with the ability to adapt and format creative assets for various digital platforms. Familiarity with Premiere Pro and/or After Effects is an advantage.
• Not required, but certifications or training in graphic design, multimedia production, or digital marketing are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and interest in marketing campaigns, digital content creation, and creative production.
