Accountant/Bookkeeper

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports based on accounting principles.
- Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Utilize accounting software to streamline bookkeeping processes and enhance efficiency.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, and Bookkeeping
- Responsibilities and Duties: Knowledge of auditing procedures and billing processes
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours
