Site Engineer

- Oversee and coordinate construction activities on site to ensure project timelines are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during all phases of construction.
- Directly supervise subcontractors and manage on-site personnel to optimize efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, including progress updates and cost management.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong supervision and leadership skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and work on-site effectively
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work in various weather conditions and at heights
