Production Supervisor - Food Manufacturing

Description
The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient output, compliance with food safety standards, and effective manpower coordination.
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and efficiency targets
- Monitor manpower allocation, production flow, and machine utilization
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and safety standards
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety rules across the production floor
- Ensure proper use, handling, and basic maintenance of equipment and machinery
- Report equipment issues and coordinate corrective actions as needed
- Coordinate closely with Quality Control and other departments to resolve production concerns
- Prepare and submit basic production reports and operational documentation
- Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions
Requirements
- College Graduate (Technical / Mechanical / Industrial courses)
- Willing to train in Laguna for 10 months
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including graveyard
