Work Setup: Work Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9:00 am – 6:00pm)
Salary: Php50,000-Php70,000 Benefits:

✨Bachelor’s degree holder
✨At least 3-8 years of experience in business development or importation management
✨With at least 3 years in leadership or managerial role
✨Amenable to attend interviews
✨Can start as soon as possible / Responsibilities
✨ Lead and execute overall business development strategies, identifying, evaluating, and converting new sales opportunities within importation, freight forwarding, and customs brokerage.
✨ Expand market reach by developing new business channels while building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention.
✨ Oversee end-to-end importation and logistics operations, including supplier coordination, order management, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation.
✨ Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, tariffs, and all applicable laws governing importation and logistics operations.
✨ Drive logistics sales initiatives while collaborating closely with the operations team to effectively onboard and manage new and existing accounts.
✨ Negotiate competitive pricing, terms, and contractual agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure profitable deals.
✨ Proactively address and resolve operational, client, and supplier concerns to maintain service excellence and minimize risks.
✨ Monitor key performance metrics, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (including handling of regulated or dangerous cargo), and implement continuous process improvements aligned with industry best practices. Recruitment Process: Face to Face
