- Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security, and regulatory requirements
- Bridge business and Agile/Scrum teams, facilitating sprints and strengthening agile practices
- Lead end‑to‑end project and program management, including governance, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of systems
- Build and develop high‑performing teams while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with proven expertise in project management and agile delivery.
- Strong knowledge of scrum methodology, product lifecycle management, and enterprise systems.
- Experience in product testing frameworks and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
