IT and HR Intern

Location Onsite: Angono, Rizal Employment Type: Internship (On-site/Hybrid/Remote) Duration: [3–6 months] Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT and HR Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Information Technology and Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of supporting day-to-day technical and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: IT Support: Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues Provide technical support to employees (setup, maintenance, and upgrades) Help manage user accounts, access rights, and system security Maintain IT inventory and documentation Support system updates, backups, and data management HR Support: Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews) Maintain employee records and HR databases Support onboarding and offboarding processes Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities Assist with HR administrative tasks and documentation Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Willingness to learn and take initiative Preferred Skills: Familiarity with HR systems or applicant tracking systems Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices Knowledge of basic programming or IT tools is a plus What You’ll Gain: Practical experience in both IT and HR functions Exposure to real-world business operations Opportunity to develop technical and interpersonal skills Mentorship and professional growth opportunities
