An electronic technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic equipment and systems.
Installation & Setup: Setting up new electronic equipment and ensuring it’s functioning properly.
Maintenance: Regularly maintaining electronic systems, which could include calibrating, cleaning, or replacing faulty components to ensure optimal performance.
- Strong knowledge of electronics, electrical circuits, and troubleshooting methods.
- Familiarity with tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering equipment.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
