- We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. This role is responsible for the general upkeep, repair, and maintenance of building systems to ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for occupants.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
- Proven experience in building maintenance or a similar role
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in various conditions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
