JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least College Level/Graduate
• With at least 1 year of work experience as a Sub-Leader in a Japanese Manufacturing Company.
• Must know how to handle more than 20 operators
• Ability to manage people within the assembly line
• Flexible and willing to be assigned to other tasks within the production group
• Willing to start ASAP

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and lead production operators to meet daily targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the assembly line.
• Monitor workflow and resolve issues to maintain efficiency.
• Prepare and submit production reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with other departments to support production requirements.
• Train and mentor team members for skill development.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the production group.
