Job title: ABAP-HCM Developer

Work days: Mon to Fri (dayshift)
Job Overview:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable SAP ABAP and HCM solutions.
Oversee RICEF development, code reviews, performance tuning, testing, and technical documentation.
Manage SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits.
Ensure secure, compliant HCM data and seamless integration with SAP and external systems.
Translate business requirements into robust solutions and resolve critical production issues.
Drive innovation and process improvement using SAP Fiori, S/4HANA extensions, and cloud integrations.
Lead and develop ABAP and HCM teams while managing resources, workloads, and knowledge transfer.
Manage projects, stakeholders, risks, budgets, timelines, standards, and regulatory compliance.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, both Public and Private Editions, with a strong preference for Public Cloud experience.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, ideally supporting SAP HCM/HR solutions.
Strong knowledge of ABAP/OO ABAP and SAP development methodologies.
Experience with SAP HCM technical objects, particularly infotypes, HR master data, organizational structures, payroll/time-related data, and HR reporting.
Experience developing RICEFW objects.
Knowledge of BADIs, BAPIs, user exits, enhancement frameworks, IDocs and RFCs.
Experience in debugging, performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting.
Understanding of SAP ECC HCM and/or S/4HANA-related HR architecture, depending on the environment.
