We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring Oracle HCM modules, supporting testing activities, and ensuring successful end-to-end implementation and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in Oracle HCM implementation and rollout projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business needs.
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Provide data migration, integration, and reporting support.
- Deliver user training and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM/Fusion HCM.
- Proven implementation experience in one or more Oracle HCM modules such as: Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation, Payroll, Absence Management
- Strong understanding of HCM business processes.
- Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
