- Educational Qualifications: College Level (at least 72 units) or equivalent required; a degree in business or marketing is preferred.
- Experience Level: Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; knowledge of vehicles and sales techniques.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Greet customers, negotiate sales, and manage the sales process.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced dealership environment; may require weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented with a passion for automobiles.
