- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Document all customer interactions in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
least 6 months Search Engine Optimization(SEO), Search Ads/Digital Ads experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of customer service experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to change
