Electrical Engineer

Project Execution & Supervision
- Coordinate and oversee installation activities to ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
- Supervise installation crews, electricians, and subcontractors on-site.
- Ensure proper handling and installation of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other components.
- Conduct quality checks during and after installation; ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain all project documentation including technical reports, inspection checklists, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure systems comply with national and local electrical standards and utility interconnection requirements.
- Assist in securing permits and approvals from LGUs, utilities, and regulatory bodies.
Commissioning & Handover
- Conduct system testing and commissioning; validate system performance against design specifications.
- Provide training to clients on system operation and maintenance.
- Prepare turnover documents including warranties, manuals, and completion certificates.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or Registered Master Electrician (RME) is a plus.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in solar PV design, installation, or project management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and solar design tools (e.g., PVSyst, Helioscope).
