You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Supply Chain, and Store Operations—to manage product lifecycles, optimize retail merchandising, and elevate our presence in the consumer electronics and goods market. Location: Veterans, Western Bicutan, Taguig City Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Consumer Electronics / Retail Key Responsibilities As our Product Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will span across strategic planning, campaign execution, market analysis, and cross-functional leadership: 1. Strategic Campaign & Product Launch Management Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and GTM strategies to drive product awareness, engagement, and sales. Product Positioning & Pricing: Define and implement compelling product positioning, messaging, and competitive pricing strategies. End-to-End Launches: Lead the execution of new product launches, ensuring all promotional materials, digital assets, and retail displays align with brand guidelines. 2. Retail Operations & Merchandising In-Store Experience: Collaborate with retail operations and category management teams to design eye-catching merchandising displays and optimize in-store product placement. Store Enablement: Coordinate directly with store operations to ensure retail teams are fully equipped with the knowledge, promotional collaterals, and tools needed to drive sales. 3. Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Integration Omnichannel Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media, e-commerce platforms, and CRM tools to maximize online visibility and lead conversion. Customer Journey Optimization: Leverage CRM insights to build targeted campaigns that boost customer retention and lifetime value. 4. Market Intelligence & Data Analytics Insights & Trends: Continuously monitor consumer electronics trends, retail dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze sales data, market research, and campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership Team Synergy: Serve as the central point of contact connecting Sales, Supply Chain, and Store Operations to align inventory levels with active marketing campaigns. Stakeholder Management: Present marketing plans, performance reports, and strategic insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or any related field. 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, retail marketing, or brand management, preferably in the electronics or consumer goods industry.

• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and sales.
• Experience in retail operations, merchandising, and category management is an asset.
• Strong understanding of consumer electronics trends, retail dynamics, and customer purchasing behavior.
• Skilled in product positioning, pricing strategies, and market analysis.
• Excellent grasp of digital marketing platforms, including social media, e-commerce, and CRM tools.
• Capable of cross-functional coordination with sales, supply chain, and store operations teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market research, and consumer insights to guide marketing decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for managing product launches and marketing teams.
