Retention & Lifecycle Marketer (Email, SMS & Subscriptions)

In 9 months, we went from a $1,000 CPA and zero customers to $1M+/month in revenue. Now we're scaling to $5M/month by December.

We’re looking for a Retention & Lifecycle Marketer to take full ownership of our email, SMS, and subscription lifecycle program and develop it into a major revenue and customer-retention channel.

This is a revenue and retention role-not simply an email-sending role .

Requirements

What you'll actually do:

• Take full ownership of retention performance across Klaviyo email, SMS, and subscriptions .
• Complete a full lifecycle, segmentation, and deliverability audit within your first 30 days.
• Build and optimise 12–16 key automated flows within the first 60 days.
• Create and follow a clear weekly email and SMS campaign calendar.
• Track churn, repurchase rate, revenue per recipient, and customer LTV every week.
• Improve early subscriber retention through onboarding, education, habit-building, and payment recovery.
• Run and document at least one meaningful A/B test each week.
• Report results weekly and prioritise the next actions based on their expected revenue impact.

Who we're NOT looking for:

• Campaign-only marketers without lifecycle, subscription, or deliverability experience.
• Candidates without proven retention or revenue results.
• Reactive marketers who rely on discounts or need constant direction.

Who we ARE looking for:

• 3+ years in DTC retention , using Klaviyo, email, SMS, and subscriptions.
• Proven success improving revenue, churn, repurchases, or LTV.
• Strong lifecycle skills across flows, segmentation, testing, and deliverability.
• Proactive and data-driven , with clear communication and strong ownership.
