Casino Marketing Host

Role Summary: Deliver guest-centric service at the membership desk, on the gaming floor, and during promotions, events, and VIP hosting. Act as one of the main faces of the PlayPark brand by welcoming guests, supporting loyalty and membership activities, and assisting in the smooth execution of on-floor promotions and basic VIP services under the guidance of the Marketing Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of frontline customer service experience in hospitality, retail, F&B, hotel, airline, or similar industries; casino experience is advantageous but not required.
- Senior High School diploma; college-level or graduate studies in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields preferred.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills and a confident, approachable presence.
- Ability to effectively engage with both regular and premium guests, maintaining composure in handling basic concerns.
- Basic understanding of promotions, events, or loyalty programs, with a willingness to learn casino-specific processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills; adaptable to learning CRM, membership, and e-draw systems.
