SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE TEAM LEADER- CEBU
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team.
- Knowledge of lead generation, prospecting, and cold-calling techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and support the daily activities of Sales Development Representatives.
- Monitor lead generation, prospecting, and cold-calling activities.
- Ensure quality leads are generated and properly qualified.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and productivity.
- Track individual and team performance against targets.
- Prepare and submit team sales and lead-generation reports to the Department head.
- Coordinate with the Department Head on sales initiatives and team concerns.
- Assist in resolving customer and team-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members as needed.
