Sales Promodiser – Duties and Responsibilities - Promote and sell the company's products to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and proper usage to encourage purchases.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays in accordance with merchandising standards.
- Replenish stocks on shelves and ensure products are properly arranged and priced.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low, damaged, or expired stocks to the supervisor.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock receiving and stock transfers when required.
- Ensure promotional materials, price tags, and point-of-sale displays are accurate and up to date.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with store personnel and customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Prepare and submit daily sales, inventory, and activity reports on time.
- Keep the assigned selling area clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, ongoing promotions, and competitors' activities.
- Follow company policies, store regulations, and safety procedures at all times.
- Attend product training, sales meetings, and other company activities as required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.
