We are looking for a Promoter to join our team and represent our brand, products, or services at various events, stores, or public spaces. The Promoter will engage with potential customers, provide product information, and encourage sales or awareness through persuasive communication and excellent customer service.
- Product Promotion: Actively promote and demonstrate products or services to customers in stores, events, trade shows, or public spaces.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to generate interest, answer questions, and provide information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Sales Support: Assist in driving sales by encouraging purchases and offering special deals or discounts.
- Brand Representation: Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude, ensuring the company’s image is upheld.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding products, services, and marketing efforts to help improve future promotions.
- Event Participation: Set up and manage booths, displays, or sampling areas during promotional events.
- Promotional Materials: Distribute flyers, samples, brochures, or coupons to potential customers.
- Reporting: Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and promotional efforts, providing feedback to marketing or sales teams.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college education may be preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role is a plus but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide variety of people.
- Persuasiveness: Ability to influence potential customers and encourage sales or product interest.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
- Energy and Enthusiasm: Must be outgoing, energetic, and able to engage people in a positive and engaging manner.
- Basic Tech Skills: Ability to use mobile devices, tablets, or other tech tools for promotions, if required.
