Manage and train clinical and administrative staff. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase client base. Manage budgets and financial reporting for the branch. Coordinate with medical professionals to maintain treatment quality. Maintain inventory of laser equipment and supplies.
