Description - Assist in the encoding and management of sales data.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support sales strategies and initiatives.
- Organize and maintain sales documentation and records.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Support administrative tasks related to the sales department.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or relevant internship experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organization skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in sales encoding and data entry
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- With experience in sales encoding, data entry, or administrative work is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Fast and accurate in encoding sales data and reports
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Keen to details and able to work under minimal supervision
- Can handle confidential sales information properly
- Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
