As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading the team, maintaining room quality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping Operations - Oversee room cleanliness, inspections, supplies, equipment, and daily operations.
- Team Leadership - Lead, coach, train, and motivate Housekeeping colleagues to deliver excellent service.
- Guest Experience - Address guest concerns, VIP requirements, and lost & found matters professionally.
- Quality & Safety - Ensure housekeeping, hygiene, grooming, and safety standards are consistently met.
- Coordination & Cost Control - Work closely with Engineering and other departments while managing supplies, inventory, and expenses.
- Reports & Scheduling - Prepare staff schedules, shift reports, room inspection records, and other operational reports.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related course.
- At least 2–3 years of Housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
