Job Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors and callers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Perform liaising tasks as needed to support company operations.
• Handle queries from various internal and external correspondences.
• Arrange and schedule meetings and book appointments.
• Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or any related course.
• With at least 1–2 years of work experience (a plus but not required).
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Willing to work in BGC.
• Amenable to attend interviews.
• Comfortable working in a Japanese industry environment.
