General Affair Manager - 5yrs - Sal: 60k-80k - Pampanga
Dempsey Resource Management Inc.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
2. At least five (5) years of related experience in General Affairs or Office Administration with two (2) years in a supervisory role.
3. Experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment is an advantage.
4. Knowledge of: (1) Facilities maintenance, (2) Company services (transport, housekeeping, canteen), (3) Government compliances (PEZA, DOLE, LGU permits), (4) Vendor and contractor management, and (5) Visa processing and coordination for foreign employees and business travel
Responsibilities:
Proper supervision, management, and implementation of all General Affairs & Services
1. Administration activities: Ensuring office facilities, canteen, and premises are conducive to working
2. Transportation Management : Ensure that all transport services are in good running condition for official company
3. Permits & Visa Compliance : Ensure compliance with Philippine Government requirements for Expats working visa & Trainees Visa to other countries
4. Insurance : Manage insurance for Industrial All Risk & Company-owned-assets
5. Security Management : Manage and supervise Security operations inside the premises and coordinate plan improvements
1. Oversee daily General Affairs operations, including facilities maintenance/repairs, transport, housekeeping, and canteen services.
2. Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
3. Handle permits, licenses, and external coordination with agencies.
4. Manage the processing and monitoring of visa applications and work permits for foreign (Korean) employees.
5. Coordinate with embassies, government offices, and internal departments for overseas travel and documentation requirements.
6. Lead and supervise the General Affairs team to ensure efficient operations.
7. Support company activities, events, and administrative requirements.
