Assistant Manager (Wholesale)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager with a background in wholesale operations to support the day-to-day management of our business. The successful candidate will help oversee staff, manage inventory, ensure efficient order processing, and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily wholesale operations.
- Supervise and support the wholesale team.
- Process and monitor wholesale orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare basic reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Assist the Manager in achieving sales and operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in wholesale, distribution, or retail operations.
- Previous supervisory or assistant management experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
