Graphic Design & Advertising Analyst Location: Lipa, Batangas (1 Headcount) | Lucena City (1 Headcount) Work Setup: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a highly creative and analytical Graphic Design & Advertising Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating impactful visual materials while analyzing the performance of digital and traditional advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strong design expertise with data-driven decision-making to help optimize marketing initiatives and drive business growth. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- At least 6 months of relevant work experience in graphic design, advertising, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Expert-level proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent software
- Strong creative, visual, and conceptual design skills
- Knowledge of Google Ads, social media marketing platforms, and digital advertising best practices
- Experience managing and maintaining marketing databases
- Proficient in both Windows and macOS (Apple OS) environments
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage
- Can start immediately or within a short notice period
- Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of digital and traditional advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media campaigns
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, ad spend, reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI
- Maintain and update marketing databases to support reporting and campaign analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely ad placements and content scheduling
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and marketing performance
- Support marketing and creative initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and performance evaluation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and campaigns
