Marketing Specialist

- Building and maintaining a positive relationship with company clients
- Assisting clients in understanding the services and products of the company
- Identifying client needs and suggesting suitable service packages
- Resolving client complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintaining records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
- Conducting client satisfaction surveys and implementing necessary changes derived from the feedback
- Assisting in the development of marketing programs to increase client engagement
- Providing reports on client interactions to the management team
- Staying updated about company products and services to provide accurate information to clients
- Must be Bachelor's Degree holder
- BSBA Program, Marketing or any related program
- With at least one (1) year relevant work experience in the field
- Social media skills, high attention to details, computer literate (Microsoft office, Canva and Photoshop)
