Claims Supervisor (Non-Life)

- Supervise day-to-day operations of the claims department to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Review and adjudicate claims to determine validity and authorize payment.
- Provide guidance and training to claims adjusters to enhance their performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to address claims-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor claims compliance and implement policies and procedures to ensure adherence.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in claims processing or supervision.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in claims management software.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle complex claims and make sound decisions.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with occasional overtime during peak periods.
