TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE – 1 YR EXPERIENCE – FOODDISTRIBUTOR OF RAW MATERIALS INDUSTRY
LOCATION: Carmona, CaviteSALARY: ₱20,000–₱25,000
We are hiring a Technical Sales Representative! Note: Applicants residing in Carmona, Cavite or nearby accessible areas are preferred. Candidates with relevant technical sales experience and a background in marketing are encouraged to apply.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
- Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience preferred.
- Other Qualifications: Technical, proficient in MS/Canva AI, keen to details, hardworking, with background in Marketing, dedicated to work with minimal supervision, and pleasing personality, young and vibrant.
- Language: Tagalog and English (Required).

- Driving (Non-Pro licensed).
- The ability and desire to sell.
- Negotiation and coordinating skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive, confident, and determined approach.
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
- The capability to flourish in a competitive environment.
- A good level of numeracy.
- Can drive with a driving license.
- Fluency in a foreign language can be helpful, particularly if working for an international company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations.
- Prepare and present detailed technical proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide post-sales support and customer training as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
WORK SETUP:
- Training: 1–2 months at the CPH Office for orientation and familiarization with products and services offered.
- Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Field Work: Client visits; report to the office once or twice a week.
