Content Moderator (START ASAP)

Key Responsibilities
- Review text, images, videos, and other online content
- Remove or flag content that violates community guidelines or company policies
- Monitor user activity and report suspicious behavior
- Ensure content complies with legal and platform standards
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team
- Maintain accuracy and productivity targets
- Document moderation decisions and actions taken
- Stay updated on platform policies and moderation procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and comprehension skills
- Ability to handle sensitive or graphic content professionally
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required
- Previous customer service, BPO, or moderation experience is an advantage but not always required
