We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Event Admin who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves creating order from chaos. If you're organized, resourceful, and enjoy working with clients, vendors, and event logistics, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Manage event inquiries, proposals, contracts, invoices, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams.
Build event timelines and run-of-show documents.
Keep CRM records organized and up to date.
Handle scheduling, inbox management, and daily administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
️ 1+ year of event coordination, administration, or operations experience.
️ 2+ years supporting clients in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.
️ Fluent in spoken and written English.
️ Experience with CRM and event management tools.
️ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
️ Reliable internet, computer, camera, and microphone.
Bonus: Experience with weddings, corporate events, catering, food & beverage, or building SOPs.
