SAP HCM Consultant

We are looking for a skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our team in a Remote capacity. In this full-time role, you will support customer management optimization and the development of SAP CX solutions for public sector projects, combining consulting, development, and hands-on implementation.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and optimize customer-management processes, developing solutions in SAP CRM , S/4HANA CM , and SAP CX .
• Lead implementations of SAP UI5 and S/4HANA .
• Deliver creative solutions to process and technical questions as an expert in the field.
• Drive IT and digitalization projects with clients, leveraging your knowledge of our differentiators.
• Participate in long-term projects with varied tasks, expanding your expertise through our talent development program.
• Gradually take on additional responsibilities, with opportunities to advance toward roles such as Team Lead, Account Manager, IT Architect, or Product Owner.

What You Bring

• Completed studies in Business Informatics or a comparable technical qualification.
• GERMAN LANGUAGE C1
• Minimum of 2 years of SAP experience , specifically in consulting and programming SAP CRM / SAP CM components.
• Proficiency in SAP ABAP and ABAP OO programming .
• A passion for mapping customer needs within SAP CRM/CM .
• A collaborative mindset, enjoying teamwork and direct client interaction in a professional setting.
• A methodical and independent work style, contributing to a strong team dynamic.
