Key Functions - Oversee overall store operations
- Monitor and review company-wide inventory
- Manage end-to-end store execution
- Conduct store visits and competitor analysis
- Report directly to senior management
- Handle trade management activities
- Supervise senior business unit managers
- Lead quarterly business reviews
- Drive annual strategic planning
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales growth by managing the sales team effectively
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand customer base
- Maximize store profitability through compliance and cost control
- Create and maintain sales and operations manuals for daily execution
- Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements
- Lead initiatives for distribution and business expansion
- Identify market opportunities and turn them into actionable plans
- Collaborate with merchandising and marketing to align products with target markets
- Monitor customer service levels to boost sales conversion
- Drive the team to meet company sales targets
- Recruit, coach, and monitor performance of sales representatives
