Core responsibilities
- Customer interaction: Greet customers and assist them in finding products by leading them to the right aisles or shelves.
- Product knowledge: Provide information about products, explain features and benefits, and answer customer questions.
- Sales and suggestive selling: Actively practice suggestive selling to increase sales.
- Transaction processing: Handle customer purchases and, if applicable, returns or exchanges accurately.
- Issue resolution: Elevate customer complaints and issues to management for professional handling.
