Legal, HR, and Admin Manager

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf a Cebu-based Filipino holding company with over 60 years of history, with diversified investments in fashion retail, wood products, real estate, food retail, and primary healthcare.

Our client is seeking an experienced Legal,HR, and Admin Manager who will oversees the legal, human resources, and administrative functions of an emerging mobility company based in Cagayan de Oro City. This is an onsite position and start-up expansion business.

Key responsibilities:

• Human Resources Management: Lead and oversee workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee development, and other people-related matters in support of business needs.
• HR Policies & Organizational Development: Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, programs, and processes to support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and the evolving needs of the business.
• Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including labor and data privacy laws. Provide legal guidance to Management and oversee business permits, licenses, regulatory filings, and coordination with relevant government agencies.
• Contracts & Legal Affairs: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents, and provide legal support on employment, commercial, and operational matters to protect the Company's interests.
• Administration & Facilities: Oversee office and facilities administration, procurement, equipment and supplies, vendor management, and other administrative requirements necessary for day-to-day operations.
• IT Coordination: Oversee or coordinate IT-related operational requirements, including equipment, connectivity, systems access, and third-party IT service providers, as applicable.
• Other Responsibilities: Perform other related responsibilities as may be required to support business operations.

Requirements:

• Must be a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines;
• Relevant experience in human resources management, particularly employee relations and labor law compliance;
• Knowledge of and experience with laws and regulatory requirements relevant to automotive or mobility-related business operations;
• Srong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; and
• Willing to work onsite in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City, with flexibility to travel to Cebu City as needed.
